The form needs a browser (it uses Cloudflare Turnstile). Fields: business name, address, phone, website, social links, description, hours, services, vehicle specialties, ase-certified technicians, repair warranty, appointment only, shuttle service, loaner cars, towing, wheelchair accessible, cards accepted, and the submitter's name, email and relationship to the business.
